Refund policy
SHIPPING
- Our prices do not include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. REISH.CO is not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Shipping costs are calculated individually upon checkout. For express shipping options or local pickup please contact us at: sales@reish.co
- All products will be shipped within 14-30 business days after payment is received. We assure you to make every effort to shorten your waiting time.
- Orders are shipped by Israel Post or via EMS Airmail with a tracking number.
- Delivery time to most of the world is 5 - 14 business days (depending on your choice of delivery service).
- Delivery times are estimated, delay by post, custom or holiday may occur. REISH.CO cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for canceling the order.
RETURNS
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at sales@reish.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any damage to the items we will need photos of the box as well, from outside and inside.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as gift cards and special custom orders.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
- We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
